Extensa processes your personal data in order to carry out your order, fulfil our contractual agreement or for compliance with a statutory obligation. The personal data that we process is summarised below:

Extensa processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- Processing your payment.
- In order to contact you by telephone or email concerning your order.
- Inform you about changes to our products.
- In order to deliver goods to you.
- Extensa analyses your behavior on the website in order to improve the website and to personalise our range of products to your preferences.
- Extensa tracks your surfing behavior across various websites in order to personalise our products to your interests.
- Extensa also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax returns.

The legal grounds on which we collect personal data:

1. To meet a contractual obligation that we have made with you.
2. To meet a legal obligation under EU or national legislation (our legal administrative obligations).

Extensa does not use automated processes to make decisions about matters that can have personal consequences.


Extensa does not store your personal data longer than strictly required in order to fulfil the purpose for which your data was collected. We keep your order details for a duration of 10 years in order to fulfil our product warranty period. You can file a request for removal of your personal data but this could affect our possibilities to check and fulfil future warranty claims.


Your data is not shared with third parties for commercial goals. Extensa only discloses your personal data with third parties who are actively involved in carrying out your order, to fulfil our contractual agreement with you or for compliance with a statutory obligation. Below you will find an overview of these third parties.

Webshopsoftware and webhosting
Our webshop has been developed using Magento software and we use webhosting services from Properhost. Personal data gathered with the use of our website and services is shared with these parties to process your order. For example when you fill in your personal data and order details in the checkout screen.

Payment processors
For concluding and processing our payments in our webshop we use Pay.nl, Paypal and Klarna. Our payment provider processes your name, address, email, phone number, payment information and order details.

Review sites: Facebook
We use our Facebook page to gather reviews. When you leave a review on our Facebook page, you use your Facebook profile to leave a review.

Transport and logistics
For the delivery we use the services of Sendcloud and Palletways. For a successful delivery it is important that we share you name, address, email, phone number(s) and order details with our transport company. Our transport company uses this information with the sole purpose to carry out the agreement of delivery. If our transport company hires subcontractors, they will share relevant information with these parties.

Accounting and bookkeeping
For our accounting, administration and bookkeeping we use the services of an accounting office. We share your name, address, email, phone number(s), company name, VAT number and general details concerning your order/purchase. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices.


Extensa uses functional, analytical and remarketing cookies. Functional cookies ensure that the website works properly and that your preferred settings are remembered. In addition, we place analytical cookies that keep track of your browsing habits so we can offer customized content and advertisements. We also use remarketing cookies to show you personalised ads and offers when you visit third party websites.

After confirming your identity, we’ll inform you no later than four weeks after receiving your request which personal data of yours we process or can possibly remove, protect or improve.


We have implemented suitable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss or any other form of unlawful processing. For example, we use secure data connections and secure systems. Extensa takes protecting your data seriously and has set up suitable safeguards to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unauthorised disclosure and unauthorised changes.
