Brexit & Delivery costs to UK

Dear valued customers, please note that due to the recent changes brought by Brexit, our delivery fees have been affected. We now collaborate with a specialized transport company. As a result, a flat rate of £450 per order will be applied, regardless of the quantity.

Lead times UK

Delivery time: 4 weeks. Exact delivery dates are not available with our carrier. Your local courier company will try to deliver it twice, after which they will leave a card (they often call first to make a delivery appointment).

Taxes and import duties

UK consumers pay 20% tax of the ordervalue directly to UK customs, once the order arrives at Customs. Extensa has no additional information about these costs and procedures and we therefore advise customers to contact their local customs office for more information before placing an order.

VAT-registered businesses can account for import VAT on their VAT Return by using postponed VAT accounting.
